RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION FOR CAMPERS

1. All Campers must register at office upon entering. Renters must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid identification.
2. Children are welcome at our park. We ask that you shall be responsibile for your children and ensure that they are under supervision at all times.                                                                               3. Dogs or other pets MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES and kept within the immediate boundaries of your camp site.
You are responsible for  picking up your animal's waste.                                                                                4. Camp sites must be kept clean and neat.  Non-camping articles must be picked up or out of sight.          5. Campers must have a standard tent camper or recreational vehicle. No "make shift" apparatuses or sleeping in your vehicle will be allowed.
6. No overhauling or major mechanical repair to vehicles on premises.
7. "Quite Time" is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. There should be no generators, loud music, profane language or excessive noise that can be heard from a distance of at least 20 feet.  Offensive parties may be evicted.
8. Check out time is 2:00 pm.
9. Illegal drugs, firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited.
10. The speed limit in the camping area is 5 mps and in the park 10 mph. Do not drive on areas not surfaced for travel within the park.
11. No cutting down trees, breaking branches or nailing into trees without permission.
12. Park your vehicle on side of your camp site up to 2 vehicles, if addional space is needed for parking or for your boats, side by sides, golf carts, etc. you may be charged $10 per day.                                                  13. All equipment and personal property brought into the camping area and the park is the responsibility of the owner.
14. Registered campers are responsible for their guests.
15. No glass containers are allowed in Kemper Williams Park.
16. Kemper Williams Park or St. Mary Parish Government assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or for damaged, lost, or stolen property.
17. No ATV's are allowed in the park.
18. No parking on empty sites. Only RV's are allowed to park on campsites. No boats, vehicles, golf carts, etc. allowed on empty sites unless you are paying $10 a day (short term) or $5 a day (long term) for additional site.
19. Open fires are allowed in burn rings only. No open fires are allowed in any other area of the park. This rule does not apply to barbeque pits lighted for cooking purposes or to butane tanks and burners for boiling seafood.
20. If you are late on your rent you will be charged $5.00 per day until you pay your rent.              21.Kemper Williams Park reserves the right to terminate this agreement at the discretion of the campground management. Violation of an of these rules will result in permanent eviction.
22. ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED.                                                                                                              23. No permanent  structures shall be allowed, including but not limited to, fences, dog pens, wooden decks, satellite dishes (permanent) or clothing lines.                                                                                     24. NO SUBLEASING WILL BE ALLOWED. Tenant(s) of the recreation vehicle must be registered with the park office.  The number of residents allowed in a unit will not exceed the designed capacity of the unit.
